摘要
论文基于大功率电源模块的工作原理及特点,介绍了其老炼原理及标准,提出了老炼过程中存在的几个问题。通过热特性测试和仿真、发热区域红外热成像分析结合老炼试验方案设计等手段,解决了VICOR公司生产的V24A24M300BL大功率电源模块的满功率老炼问题,提出了大功率系列电源的壳温控制方法,说明了热阻参数二次测试的必要性,最后给出了大功率电源模块的老炼流程及方法。
In this paper,based on the working principle and characteristics of high power supply module,the burn-in principle and standard are introduced,proposing some problems existing in burn-in process.Through the thermal characteristic test and simulation,the thermal imaging analysis for heating area combining with the aging test method,the question of full power burn-in for V24A24M300 BL produced by VICOR company is solved,and the burn-in method of high power modules series is proposed,the necessity of thermalparameters of two tests is illustrated,and finally the burn-in procedure and method of power supply module is provided.
