摘要
文章简要介绍了低温试验对电工、电子产品的影响,以K实验室低温参比试验过程为例,提出了实验室低温试验的实施方法、测量结果不确定度评定以及试验结果评价方法。通过比对试验结果证明,制定科学的试验计划,有效地组织试验并采用正确的分析评价方法是确保试验结果准确性的关键。
The influence of low-temperature test for electrical and electronic products is introduced taking low temperature reference by K laboratory test process as an example,the implementation of laboratory of low-temperature test method,uncertainty evaluation of measurement results and test results of evaluation method are proposed.Test results show that scientific test plan,effective organization test,the correct analysis and evaluation methods is the key to ensure the accuracy of the test result.
