摘要
通过缓慢增加进水有机负荷对低温储存后的高盐好氧颗粒污泥进行了活性恢复研究。结果表明,低温储存6周后高盐好氧颗粒污泥的外部特征仍基本保持完好,但颜色和内部结构发生较大变化;特别是在恢复过程中,颗粒污泥经历了"颗粒解体→碎片状颗粒→丝状菌颗粒→致密颗粒"等过程;经过1个多月的恢复培养,高盐好氧颗粒污泥的沉降性能、脱氢酶活性和硝化特性基本恢复正常;恢复培养过程中,通过控制进水碱度、曝气量、沉淀时间等,可有效控制颗粒的分散式增长,使其致密生长。
The activity recovery of the hypersaline aerobic granular sludge after low temperature storage was studied by slowly increasing the influent organic load. The results indicated that the external features of the hypersaline aerobic granular sludge was still largely intact after low temperature storage for six weeks. However, its color and internal structure changed greatly. Especially in the recovery process, the granular sludge experienced a process of particle disintegration→debris particles→filamentous bacteria- like particles→dense granules. After more than one-month recovery cultivation, the settleability, dehy- drogenase activity and nitrification capacity of hypersaline aerobic granular sludge returned to normal. During the recovery cultivation process, controlling the influent alkalinity, aeration rate and could effectively control the decentralized growth of particles and make their grow densely.
