基于动态分析的多井串接井组产水量劈分方法

摘要 低渗、特低渗气藏在开发过程中往往采用多井串接集气而不计量单井产水量,在节约成本方面获得了较大的成功,但给生产动态分析带来诸多困难。在分析集气站总体产水特征的基础上,提出了"单井水量对比,总站水量约束"的劈分思路,结合积液量变化对套压的影响,建立了简化集输工艺下集气站总产水量到单井产水量的劈分方法。以S65-1集气站试验区为例,该方法的相对误差小于20%,平均相对误差为8%,验证了新方法的可靠性。对低渗气田产水区的开发具有一定的指导意义。 In the development of gas reservoirs with low or extremely low- permeability,the multi- well tandem gas gathering is often used,without measuring the water production of single well. This practice is extremely cost- effective,but brings challenges to performance analysis. Through investigating the general water production characteristics in gas gathering station,this paper proposes the concept of splitting by'comparing single- well water production and restraining station water production'. Furthermore,considering the impacts of liquid loading volume on the casing pressure,a method of splitting on total water production at the gas gathering station to single- well water production is established under the simplified gathering process. The new method has been proved reliable in its pilot application in the S65- 1 gas gathering station,with relative error less than 20% and average relative error of 8%.It has guiding sense to the development of gas- producing zones in low- permeability gas field.
