超重油油藏水平井冷采加密优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 委内瑞拉奥里诺科重油带M区块泡沫油型超重油油藏采用600 m排距水平井平行布井冷采开发。利用物理模拟和多组分泡沫油数值模拟方法,研究了区块加密提高泡沫油开采效果的机理和加密技术策略,并通过经济评价综合优选了水平井合理加密排距。物理模拟实验表明,加密能够激励泡沫油驱油作用,提高冷采效果;数值模拟和经济评价综合研究表明,区块采用加密至300 m排距的水平井平行布井方式,在将冷采的采收率提高到12.6%的同时,综合经济评价指标亦最优,并且早期加密效果好于后期加密。M区块水平井加密实施效果明显,对该区块及类似区块实现冷采快速规模上产,并充分发挥泡沫油驱油作用,提高经济效益具有很强的指导意义。 Horizontal wells with 600 m row spacing and cold recovery is used to produce foaming oil in ultra- heavy oil reservoir,M Block,Heavy Oil Belt,Orinoco,Venezuela. Physical simulation and numerical simulation of multiple compositions of foaming oil is used to study the mechanism that infilling in the block is used to improve the development effect of the foaming oil the technique strategy of infilling; through economic assessment,the reasonable infilling of row spacing for horizontal well is selected. The physical simulation experiment indicates that,the infilling can encourage the driving effect of foaming oil and improve the cold recovery;the comprehensive research of numerical simulation and economic assessment indicates,300 of infilling row spacing is used to deploy the horizontal wells in parallel,which can increase the cold recovery to 12,6%; at the same time,the comprehensive economic assessment index reaches its best point; the effect of early infilling is better than that of later infilling. The effect through infilling of horizontal wells in M Block is obvious,which is great instructive significance to the block and similar blocks to achieve rapid coldrecover and scale production,give full play to the driving effect of foaming oil and improve the technical and economic benefits.
