摘要
随着新疆油田气藏进入开发中后期,相当数量的气井已经出现井筒积液,严重影响了气井的正常生产。为使气井稳产,达到提高采收率的目的,研制了排液采气工艺技术优选图版。在新疆油田排液采气工艺初选的基础上,结合积液诊断精度较高的Coleman模型,以生产液气比和日产气量为横、纵坐标,绘制了新疆油田排液采气工艺优选宏观控制图。应用该图版对新疆油田积液气井的排液采气工艺进行优选,现场实施效果表明,该方法选择的工艺技术达到了使气井稳产,甚至增产的目的。
With the gas reservoir development of Xinjiang Oilfield entering into middle and late development stages,wellbore liquid loading is generated in considerable gas wells and greatly restricts the regular production of these wells. A liquid drainage gas recovery optimization chart is established to enhance gas recovery through maintain gas well stable production. Based on the primary optimization of liquid drainage gas recovery in Xinjiang Oilfield and accurate Coleman wellbore liquid loading diagnosing model,producing liquid- gas ratio and daily gas production rate are taken as x and y coordinates respectively to compile the liquid drainage gas recovery optimization macro chart of Xinjiang Oilfield. This chart is applied to optimize the liquid drainage gas recovery technologies of wellbore liquid loading wells of Xinjiang Oilfield. Field implementation demonstrates that the technologies chosen by this method effectively maintain gas well stable production,or even increase gas well production.
