我国应用理科专业认证及其标准体系研究

On the Program Accreditation and Criteria System of Chinese Applied Sciences

进入大众化阶段的我国高等教育面临的核心任务是如何保障和提高质量。建立和发展专业认证及其标准体系,是许多国家保障和提高高等教育质量的共同选择。文章通过研究专业认证的缘起,分析美国ABET和德国ASIIN认证及标准体系,并借鉴我国高等工程教育认证体系积累的经验,提出了有关我国应用理科类专业认证及标准体系的构想。

The core mission of the mass higher education of China is how to assure and improve the quality. To build and develop the program accreditation and criteria system is the commonality of assuring and improving the higher education quality in many countries. The paper studies the origin of program accreditation,analyzes how the American ABET and German ASIIN accreditation and criteria system,and takes experience from the accrediting system of Chinese higher engineer education,and finally proposes the idea of accreditation and criteria system for Chinese applied sciences.
