摘要 美国大学技术转移办公室使命主要表现为四种价值取向,即综合的价值取向、服务教师和学生的价值取向、经济开发的价值取向和获得财政收入的价值取向。在美国经济复苏缓慢的背景下,大学技术转移办公室使命的价值取将继续表现为以综合的价值取向为主,多元价值取向为辅的发展趋势。美国大学技术转移办公室使命的价值取向对我国大学技术转移机构的多元化取向有一定的启示。 The missions of American universities' technology transfer offices have four value orientations,namely the comprehensive value orientation,the value orientation of service for the faculty and students,the value orientation of economic development and the value orientation of getting the fiscal revenue. In the context of the slow U. S. economic recovery,the value orientations in the missions of universities' technology transfer offices will continue to show the comprehensive value orientation- based and multi- value orientations supplemented trends. The value orientations of American universities' technology transfer offices have some inspirations for the diverse orientation in Chinese universities' technology transfer institutions.
