摘要
为了解决刮板机机尾积煤问题,对刮板机机尾积煤的产生原因及其所造成的危害进行了具体分析,提出了刮板机机尾积煤收集装置的研制方法。应用表明,该装置的应用不仅可以彻底解决刮板机机尾处易聚积积煤的问题,而且可大大降低工人的劳动强度,同时也避免了一些资源的浪费,在一定程度上也提高了矿井的综合经济效益。
To solve the problem of accumulating coal in scraper conveyor tail,the reason for accumulating coal in scraper conveyor tail and its hazards were analysed in detail,the development method of accumulating coal collecting device of scraper conveyor was put forward. Practical application shows that,the application of the device not only can completely solve the problems of accumulating coal in scraper conveyor tail,but also can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,avoid the waste of resources,and improve the overall economic efficiency of mine benefit in some degree.
