摘要
通过对国电榆次热电有限公司1号炉、2号炉A、B磨煤机钢球、衬板节能改造方案的探讨以及改造后磨煤机电流和出力的变化,深入地分析了高效磨球配比技术和新型台阶形衬板对磨煤机单耗的影响,并对改造后的节能效果进行了分析。指出高效磨球配比技术和新型台阶形衬板节能技术,能够更大地提高磨煤机设备的安全性和经济性,大幅度降低磨煤机单耗和厂用电率,达到节能降耗的目的,值得大力推广和应用。
The energy-conservation modification schemes of tube mill and lining board of No.l and No.2 boilers in Guodian Yuci Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.are discussed,and the current and the output of the coal mill after modification are explored.It deeply analyzes the effective ratio of grinding ball technology and the influence of the new step- form lining board on the unit consumption of coal mill,and the energy conservation effect after modification is analyzed as well.It points out that the effective ratio of grinding ball technology and the new step- form lining board technology could greatly improve the safety and economy of coal mill equipment,reduce the unit consumption of coal mill and auxiliary power consumption rate,achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption,which is worthy of widely applying.
