随着我国城市化进程的加快,外墙饰面砖由于自身的优越性被普遍的用于外墙装饰中。经过近些年的不断实践,外墙饰面砖工程出现了诸如空鼓、开裂、脱落等一系列质量问题,既影响了美观,又给人的生命及财产造成极大的损失。因此,有效地预防这一系列质量问题至关重要。本文通过对外墙饰面砖粘接强度拉拔试验及无损检测方法的分析,为今后工程的实践提供一些理论基础。

With the acceleration of our country ’s urbanization process,the exterior wall tile has been used in exterior wall deco-ration generally because of the superiority of its own. However,af-ter these years’constant practice, we find that there are many quality problems of the exterior wall project, such as empty drum,crack,come off and other problems,this not only affects the appearance,but also cause a great loss for people’s lives and property. Therefore,it is very important for us to take precautions against these quality problems. The passage mainly offer some theoretical basis for engineering practice in the future with some analysis about the bounding strength drawing strength experiment and nondestructive testing methods.
