基于冲突分析法的以房养老模式前景研究

The Prospect Study of House- for- Pension Pattern Based on the Conflict Analysis

以房养老对于缓解我国日趋加重的人口老龄化现状意义重大。本文主要以预测以房养老模式在我国国情下的发展前景为目的,针对以房养老实施中各参与主体利益冲突问题,建立静态与动态相结合的冲突模型,并运用层次分析法定量地确定出各局中人优先序,最后根据全局稳定结局,预测出以房养老模式在我国发展前景广阔,并提出了相应的政策性建议。

House -for -pension is playing a key role in addressing the growing aging problem in China. In order to pre-dict the prospect of house-for-pension pattern in our country, as to the conflict of interest problems relating to major partici-pants in House-For-Pension, the paper designs a systematic conflict model which concluding the static and dynamic conflict analysis method, and then gets the priority orders of all parts more quantitatively by using AHP, the paper concludes the glob-al stable end, which predicts the prospect of house-for-pen-sion pattern will be bright in our country, and then puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
