HIsmelt熔融还原炉内“涌泉”现象的数值研究 被引量:5

摘要 对HIsmelt熔融还原炉炼铁过程中的"涌泉"现象进行数值模拟,并与水力学模拟实验结果进行对比验证,结果显示具有良好的一致性.分析讨论了"涌泉"对炉内流动及传热的影响.研究结果表明在形成"涌泉"的过程中,气泡穿越两相分界面时受到较大的阻力,气泡在熔渣内受到浮力、重力和铁水的拖拽力共同作用保持匀速上升;"涌泉"上升和铁水回落下沉的过程中对熔池有较好的搅拌作用,并能够强化炉膛上方区域与熔池之间的换热. This paper simulates "estavel"phenomenon in the process of HIsmelt smelting reduction ironmaking,indicating that the results fit well with hydraulics simulation experiment. The influence of "estavel"on flow and heat transfer in the furnace are also analyzed and discussed. The results show that in the process of "estavel",bubbles cross two phase interfaces with large resistance. In the slag layer,bubbles keep rising at a constant speed by the combined action of buoyancy,gravity and the drag force of molten iron. The process of "Estavel"rising and molten iron dropping can mix the molten pool very well,and enhance heat transfer between the top furnace area and molten pool.
