摘要
古籍修复具有隐性知识占主体的特殊性,从目前发展形势来看存在教育资源浪费、教学模式不当的问题。文章从知识传播的SECI模型入手,提出古籍修复人才培养应以在职人员的多渠道培养为重点、以学校人才储备培养为后盾,并且对修复人员的培养模式提出了可行性办法。
Ancient books repair has the particularity of tacit knowledge,so there is a waste of educational resources from the current development situation,and there are still some questions in this mode. From the SECI model of knowledge dissemination,personnel training should focus on multi- channel training of employed personnel and backed by the cultivation and reserves of talents in schools,meanwhile it proposes some feasible solutions to the talents training mode.
