Based on the analysis of the situation of library industry and the recognition of the library organization,by activating the resources to build the library service system,formulating and achieving integration of the library activation resources,promoting the development strategy of the library industry,the article explcses the actual value of integrating the campus human resources for the sustainable development of the university library.
