铁路物流园区是以铁路货运场站等货运设施为基础,提供以铁路运输为主体的现代物流服务,是铁路变车流集结为货流集结的重要载体。以临沂铁路物流园设计为例,从区域物流规划、铁路规划、城市产业布局规划、市政配套建设、物流市场分析和功能定位等方面,分析影响铁路物流园区规划选址和功能布局的因素,为铁路物流园区设计和建设提供借鉴。

Railway logistic garden is based on the freight transport facilities like railway freight yard and station, provides modern logistic service by taking railway transport as dominant, and is an important carrier of railway changing vehicle flow detention into freight flow detention. Taking the design of Linyi railway logistic garden as an example, from aspects of regional logistic planning, railway planning, planning of city industries layout, the municipal utilities, analysis of logistic market and functional position, this paper analyzes the factors influencing planning location and functional layout of railway logistic garden, so as to provide reference for designing and constructing railway logistic garden.
