脊柱-骨盆矢状位参数对老年退行性脊柱疾患手术矫形的指导作用 被引量:4

摘要 随着中国社会的老龄化,越来越多的老年人因骨质疏松症、小脊柱关节突炎症、椎间盘退变性疾患、腰背肌的萎缩等引发伴有脊柱矢状位失衡的老年退行性脊柱疾患[1-3]。老年脊柱矢状位失衡常伴发顽固性腰痛,身体前倾,如果单纯稳定病变节段或单纯矫正后凸成角节段,忽略脊柱矢状位平衡极易导致手术失败,术后患者仍有顽固性腰痛。
