2014年12月4日是我国首个"国家宪法日",也是第14个"全国法制宣传日"。党的十八届四中全会强调,全面推进依法治国,必须坚决维护宪法法律的权威。文章通过对现行宪法的实施情况和存在问题的分析,对宪法实施机制的完善提出一些合理化的建议。

December 4, 2014 is China’s first ＂National Constitution Day＂, and the 14 th ＂National Legal Awareness Day.＂ The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Partystressed that, to comprehensively promote the rule of law, we must resolutely safeguard the authority of constitutional law. Through the analysis of the implementationsituation and problems in the existing Constitution,the author gave some reasonable suggestions for improving the implementation mechanismof the Constitution.
