村民自治组织财务管理存在的法律问题思考

村民自治组织的财务管理涉及到农村经济发展和千家万户的利益。近年来,由于部分村组对财务制度与法律规定贯彻不到位,出现了一些法律问题。为有效解决这些法律问题,减少村级财务管理违法违纪行为的发生,促进农村经济发展,文章对财务管理过程中出现的法律问题进行了分析研究,查找问题产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决办法。

Financial management of autonomous organization related to rural economic development and the interests of thousands of households. In recent years,because some villages haven’t fully implemented the financial system and the law, there are some legal issues. To effectively address these legal issues, reduce the occurrence of violations of village-level financial management and promote rural economic development, the paper analyzed the legal issues in the financial management to find the causes of the problems and proposed the corresponding solutions on this basis.
