Legal aid ahead of the sun——Baseline survey report of legal aid in Shanxi Province

作为2014年欧盟法律援助基线调研点的山西,选择了山西省的四个地区开展了面对面问卷访谈。通过了解受访者对法律援助工作的感受,建议和意见,结合山西省法律援助已经开展的工作,为了能促进法律援助工作,让法律援助更具有社会效果和公平公正,本文指出:提出扩大受援人范围;鼓励社会组织支持法律援助;加强法律援助律师专业援助的培训;增加法律援助的资金支持;注重法律援助部门与其他部门工作对接;呼吁援助服务者对援助案件加强可视化程度的建议。

As the baseline survey point of the legal aid by European Union in 2014,Shanxi Province selected four areas to launch face to face questionnaire interviews. By understanding the respondents’ feelings, recommendations and opinions about the work of legal aid,combined with the work already undertaken by the legal aid in Shanxi Province, in order to facilitate the work of legal aid to make it with more social effects and fair, the paper points out： to widen the range of the aided people; to encourage social organizations to support legal aid; to strengthen the training of professional aid to the lawyers of legal aid;to increase funding for legal aid; to focus on the docking between legal aid department and other departments; and to call to legal aid providers to strengthen visualization to the aided cases.
