我国治安志愿者制度的立法研究

治安志愿者制度对我国社会秩序稳定、和谐社会建设都具有重大的现实意义,有必要在立法层面对此制度进行深入的研究。在分析治安志愿者制度的立法价值和立法理念的基础上,结合我国现有的立法状况,对未来制定统一的《治安志愿者服务促进条例》应当采取的立法构架和主要内容,提出了具体的立法建议,意图为以后的立法完善献计献策。

Security volunteers system is of great practical significance for stable social order and harmonious society, so it is necessary to conduct in-depth study of this system at the legislative level. On the basis of analyzing legislative value and legislative concept of security volunteers system, combining the existing legislation in China, made specific legislative proposals for the legislative framework and main content should be taken in developing a unified ＂Promoted regulations on security volunteer service＂ in the future, to brainstorm for future legislative improvement.
