论公安院校实践教学质量监控体系的构建

On the construction of quality monitoring system of practice teaching in police colleges

实践教学质量是公安院校培养应用型公安人才质量的保障。但是,由于公安院校实践教学质量的监控与效果评价机制较为模糊,导致实践教学的实效性较差,这种状态严重制约了公安院校实践教学质量的保证与提升。文章拟针对公安院校实践教学的特点,在全面质量管理理论的指导下,提出如何构建公安院校实践教学质量监控体系的具体措施与方法。

The quality of practice teaching is the quality protection for police colleges to train public security personnel. However, due to the vague quality monitoring and effect evaluation mechanisms of practice teaching in police colleges, the effectiveness of practice teaching is not so good that severely restricted the assurance and improvement of the practice teaching quality in police colleges. The paper intended to aim at the characteristics of practice teaching in police colleges, under the guidance of total quality management theory, put forward specific measures and methods of how to build a quality monitoring system of practice teaching in police colleges.
