我国私人保安教育的系统论分析

我国私人保安业的迅速发展,对保安人员的综合素质、专业技能和职业素养提出了更高的要求,与此同时,我国私人保安的教育就显得相对滞后。系统论是对学科建设、实践发展具有指导性意义的方法论,系统理论为我们有效地分析我国私人保安教育提供了可能性。文章分析了我国私人保安教育系统中存在的四个要素并建立了私人保安教育系统的结构模型,提出了我国私人保安教育的优化路径。

The rapid development of the private security industry in China has made higher requirements to the overall quality of the security personnel, expertise and professionalism, at the same time, China’s private security education is lagging behind. Systems theory is the methodology of guiding significance for subject construction and development of practice,which offers the possibility for us to effectively analyze our private security education. This paper analyzes the four elements of the private security education system and establishes a structural model of private security education system and proposes the path to optimize private security education.
