摘要
目前,酞菁类金属化合物在有机太阳能电池中应用广泛,其本身具有优良的光电性,不同取代基的加入使得所形成的化合物具有不同的性质.本文综述了近年来酞菁类金属化合物在有机太阳能电池方面的应用,包括其作为给受体、阴阳极缓冲层材料及对器件光电转换效率和寿命的影响.为酞菁类金属化合物在有机太阳能电池方面应用拓宽了思路,并对日后的研究提出了展望.
Phthalocyanine metal compound has extensively researched in the OSCs field due to their excellent optical and electrical response properties and various character with different substituent group. In the letter,a summary is offered that the application of phthalocyanine metal compounds such as Donor,Acceptor,and the cathode( anode) buffer layer in OSCs,the influence of PCE and lifetime. It Widens the applied field of phthalocyanine metal compounds in OSCs. It is also discussed the problems in application research currently and some proposal for future study are projected.
