丹玄口康对ANE诱导大鼠口腔粘膜下纤维化TGF-β1表达的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Danxuan Koukang on TGF-β1 Expression in Rats with Oral Submucous Fibrosis Induced by Areca Nut Extract

摘要 目的探究丹玄口康对槟榔提取物(ANE)诱导大鼠口腔粘膜下纤维化(OSF)TGF-β1表达的影响。方法随机将60只大鼠分为正常组、对照组、丹玄口康组以及西药组各15只。除正常组外其他三组经ANE刺激下形成口腔粘膜下纤维化组织模型后,对照组不做任何处理,丹玄口康组以及西药组分别以丹玄口康和雷公藤多甙片灌胃两个月。采集四组大鼠口腔颊部粘膜组织并切片检测。结果正常组的大鼠口腔粘膜上皮细胞TGF-β1的相对灰度值为31.21±2.77,对照组为65.64±6.32,丹玄口康组为32.92±3.01,西药组为46.11±3.79;对照组与其他三组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹玄口康组与西药组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹玄口康能有效降低TGF-β1在大鼠口腔粘膜下纤维化组织中的表达。 Objective To investigate the effect of Danxuan Koukang(DXKK) on TGF-β1 expression in rats with oral submucous fibrosis(OSF) induced by areca nut extract(ANE). Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into normal group, control group, DXKK group and western medicine group, with 15 rats in each group. In addition to the normal group, after other three groups formed the OSF through the ANE stimulation, the control group did not accept any treatment. In the DXKK group and the western medicine group, these rats were respectively treated by DXKK and tripterygium wilfordii for two months. The oral buccal mucosal tissues of rats in four groups were collected and tested. Results The relative gray value of mouth mucosa epithelial cell TGF-β1 in the normal group was 31.21 ± 2.77, with65.64 ± 6.32 in the control group, 32.92 ± 3.01 in the DXKK group and 46.11 ± 3.79 in the western medicine group, the difference between control group and other three groups was statistical(P 0.05); the difference between DXKK group and western medicine group was statistical(P 0.05). Conclusions DXKK can effectively decrease the expression of TGF-β1 in the OSF tissues of rats.
