情景互动在偏瘫患者上肢功能康复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究情景互动模式在偏瘫患者上肢功能康复中的治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2014年1月收治的偏瘫患儿46例为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组各23例,所有患者应用神经内科常规药物治疗。对照组给予偏瘫肢体综合康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加情景互动训练。治疗前及治疗8周后,采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评定患者的上肢综合运动功能,应用改良Ashworth法测定上肢肌张力,并观察患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果所有患者治疗后FMA评分、ADL评分明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的FMA评分、ADL评分和上肢肌张力改善情况均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景互动模式可明显改善偏瘫患儿的日常生活活动能力,明显改善上肢运动功能,其临床疗效明显优于单纯康复训练,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the curative effect of scene interactive mode in the recovery of upper limb function of hemiplegic patients. Methods 46 cases of patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. All patients were given with routine drug therapy of neurology. The control group was given with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for hemiplegic limb, while the observation group was given with scene interactive training based on the control group. The comprehensive function of upper limb before and 8 weeks after the treatment were evaluated by Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA), the upper limb muscle tension was detected by modified Ashworth method, the activities of daily living(ADL) of patients were observed. Results FMA score and ADL score of all the patients after treatment were significantly better than before, with statistically significant difference(P 0.05). FMA score, ADL score and muscle tension of upper limbs of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusions The scene interactive mode can significantly improve children's ability of ADL and obviously improve the motor function of upper limb of hemiplegic patients. The clinical efficacy of scene interactive mode is better than that of the rehabilitation training alone, which is worthy of clinical application.
