循证护理在基层医院儿科心理护理中的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in Pediatric Psychological Care of Primary Hospital

目的分析循证护理在基层医院儿科心理护理中的应用效果。方法收集2013年2月到2014年2月我科收治60例患儿的临床资料,按照不同的护理方法,将其分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组以循证的观念进行心理护理,分析两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者护理差错率、纠纷率明显低于对照组,遵医行为积极参与率、满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分、健康知识掌握程度等护理指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院儿科心理护理中应用循证护理,可增强患儿及其家属舒适感,提高护理水平。

Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing on pediatric psychological nursing in primary hospital. Methods The clinical data of 60 children treated in our department from February 2013 to February 2014 were collected. All the children were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given psychological nursing with the idea of evidence-based. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The nursing error rate and disputes rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, the positive participation rate of compliance behavior and satisfaction rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）; the nursing quality score and the mastery degree of health knowledge of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, with statistical difference（P0.05）. Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in pediatric psychological nursing of primary hospital can strengthen the comfort level of children and their families, and also improve the nursing level.
