全程专业化个案管理模式对乳腺癌患者疾病知晓率及护理满意度的影响

Impact of Whole Course Professional Case Management on Disease Awareness and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探析全程专业化个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用对其疾病知晓率及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2013年1月至2014年6月我院收治的116例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(57例)和对照组(59例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组则应用全程专业化个案管理模式,比较两组患者的疾病知晓率、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者疾病知晓率和护理满意度分别为94.7%(54/57)和98.2%(56/57),均显著高于对照组的83.1%(49/59)和86.4%(51/59),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为8.8%(5/57),显著低于对照组的22.1%(13/59),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者护理过程中应用全程专业化个案管理模式可有效降低不良反应发生率,提高疾病知晓率与护理满意度,确保治疗的顺利进行,临床价值高,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of whole course professional case management on disease awareness and nursing satisfaction of patients with breast cancer. Methods 116 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into study group（57 cases） and control group（59 cases）. The control group was given conventional nursing, the study group was given whole course professional case management mode for nursing. The disease awareness, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of study group was 94.7%（54/57） and 98.2%（56/57） respectively, significantly higher than 83.1%（49/59） and86.4%（51/59） of control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of study group was 8.8%（5/57）, significantly lower than 22.1%（13/59） of control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusions The application of whole course professional case management in patients with breast cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction, ensure the smooth progress of treatment, with high clinical value and remarkable effect.
