优质护理服务对妊娠高血压症产妇产后出血护理过程的影响

Impact of High Quality Nursing Service on the Nursing Process of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Maternal Women with Gestational Hypertension

目的探讨优质护理服务在妊娠高血压症产妇产后出血的护理过程中的影响。方法将124例妊娠高血压产妇随机分为观察组(64例)和对照组(60例)。对照组产妇给予常规产科护理,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予优质护理服务。对比分析两组产妇的分娩方式、产后出血情况、血压情况以及新生儿情况。结果护理后,观察组阴道分娩率为70.31%,明显高于对照组的46.67%;观察组剖宫产率和产后出血率分别为29.69%和6.25%,均明显低于对照组的53.33%和21.67%,两组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿体重以及新生儿Apgar评分均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠高血压症孕产妇给予优质护理服务能够有效控制产妇产后出血,同时提高阴道分娩率,加强降压治疗效果,对新生儿也有明显的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on the nursing process of postpartum hemorrhage in maternal women with gestational hypertension. Methods 124 maternal women with gestational hypertension were randomly divided into observation group（64 cases） and control group（60 cases）. Patients in control group received routine maternity nursing, patients in observation group received high quality nursing service on the basis of the control group. The delivery mode, postpartum hemorrhage conditions, blood pressure conditions and newborns conditions of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the vaginal delivery rate of observation group was 70.31%, significantly higher than 46.67% of control group; the cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of observation group was 29.69% and 6.25% respectively, significantly lower than 53.33% and 21.67% of control group, all the difference was statistical（P 0.05）. After nursing, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）; the neonatal weight and Apgar score of newborns of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing service can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage in maternal women with gestational hypertension, increase the vaginal delivery rate and strengthen the antihypertensive effect, it also has significant effect on the newborn, which deserves clinical application.
