糖尿病中、高危足患者痛苦与自我感受负担及社会支持水平的相关性分析

Correlation research of diabetes distress, self-perceived burden and social support in patients with middle-and-high risk of diabetic foot

目的了解糖尿病中、高危足患者痛苦水平，并探讨自我感受负担、社会支持对患者痛苦水平的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病痛苦量表、自我感受负担量表、社会支持评定量表对205例糖尿病中、高危足患者进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果糖尿病中、高危足患者痛苦总均分为（2．59±0．57）分，痛苦得分与自我感受负担、社会支持及其各维度显著相关（r值为0．481～0．653），且受性别、职业、自我感受负担、客观支持、支持利用度的影响。结论糖尿病中、高危足患者痛苦普遍存在，且受多种因素影响。

Objective To investigate the status of diabetes distress in patients with middle-and- high risk of diabetic foot and explore the impact of self-perceived burden and social support on diabetes distress. Methods Totally 205 patients with middle-and-high risk of diabetic foot were investigated with Diabetes Distress Scale, Self-perceived Burden Scale and Social Support Scale. Results The total aver- age score of diabetes distress was （2.59-＋0.57）,the diabetes distress level was correlated with self-per- ceived burden, dimensions of social support （r=0.481-0.653 ） and were influenced by gender, vocation, objective support, use of support. Conclusions Diabetes distress is widespread in patients with middle- and-high risk of diabetic foot and was influenced by many factors, these provide the basis for taking effec- tive interventions to reduce diabetes distress.
