摘要
目的调查护理硕士研究生及导师对研究生教学过程、导师指导和教学资源等教育情况的评价。方法根据文献回顾、研究对象访谈和专家咨询制订了共计29个条目的评价问卷,对全国5所护理院校120名护理研究生及36名导师就研究生教学过程、导师指导和教学资源等教学情况进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行评价。结果导师及研究生对护理研究生教育总体评价为正性;与研究生相比,导师的认知与评价更趋于负性。结论应加强对护理研究生教育质量控制,加强导师队伍建设、研究生教育管理与资源配备,为护理研究生的全面发展奠定坚固的基础。
Objective We aimed to investigate the evaluation of graduate nursing education by stu- dents and faculty in China. Methods Evaluation questionnaire was built based on literature review and interviews with participants and was finally indentified after expert consultation. 120 graduate students and 36 faculty members from five nursing schools nationwide were investigated. Results The overall evalua- tion by faculty members and students was positive. Compared with graduate students, the evaluation by fac- ulty tended to be more negative. Conclusions Nursing schools should put more effort on the quality of edu- cation program, facilitate the faculty education, provide abundant resources and build a firm foundation for the development of graduate nursing students.
