摘要
目的了解老年科医护人员对于老年科专科护士的核心能力期望值及其影响因素。方法采用自制老年科专科护士核心能力期望值问卷对76名老年科医护人员进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果76名受调查的老年科医护人员认为老年专科护士应具备大学本科学历(占46.1%),应具备5。10年的工作经验(占47.4%)。不同年龄、职称和职务的受调查者对老年专科护士的核心能力期望水平不同。结论老年科医护人员认为,老年科专科护士应具备教育、科研、很强的沟通能力及团队合作能力、很强的体检能力、发现临床问题的能力、药理学知识等核心能力,从业者应该工作5年以上,本科及以上学历。
Objective We aimed to investigate the expectations for core competency of geriatric clinical nurse specialists and its influencing factors. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 76 medical staff with self designed questionnaire and general demography data in the Department of Geriatrics. Results 76 geriatric medical staff thought geriatric clinical nurse specialists should get bache- lor's degree (46.1%), with 5 to 10-year working experience (47.4%). Respondents with different ages, profes- sional titles and post showed different expectation levels for geriatric clinical nurse specialists. Conclu- sions The medical staff from department of geriatrics considered that a geriatric clinical nurse specialist should work for more than five years, with bachelor's degree or above, should have education, research, strong communication skills and team work skills, strong physical ability, the capacity of discovery of the clinical problems and pharmacology knowledge.
