摘要
分析汽车在坡道工况下行驶与平坦路面工况下行驶两者间的换档差异,并分别对上坡工况下的循环换档以及下坡工况下的意外换档进行分析,得出加入驾驶人意图的上坡与下坡工况下的换档修正方案。根据发动机台架试验数据及液力变矩器特性数据,制定以油门开度和车速为输入的基本的二参数换档规律。应用MATLAB/Simulink软件,设计坡道换档的模糊控制器,对修正后的上、下坡行驶工况换档时刻进行了仿真分析,证明了其有效性。
The shifting difference of a vehicle traveling on a flat road and on a ramp was analyzed,and the unexpected shifting on up-slope and circular shift on down-slope were analyzed too,then the correction scheme adding the driver's intention was put forward.Based on the engine bench test data and torque converter characteristics,the shifting schedule taking the throttle and the speed as the inputted parameters was settle down.By use of MATLAB/Simulink software,the fuzzy controller for shift schedule of vehicle on slope road was designed and simulated.The result shows the shifting strategy is effective.
