摘要
某精密加工机床的恒温要求为(27±0.2)℃,对一定空间范围的气流速度及温度有严格的均匀性要求,并要求室内温度有很好的稳定性。据此采用满足要求的送回风系统,并采用CFD数值模拟方法,分析基于此送回风系统的两款不同结构的箱体在相同环境下其恒温室的温度场和速度场均匀性,且研究了其在有热源扰量作用时温度的动态响应特性。分析结果表明散流器送风结构恒温箱恒温室的均匀性和抗扰性能更好。
In order to make a certain precision machine tool at an optimum temperature which was(27±0.2)℃,two kinds of thermostats with different structure,whose air supply and return systems were the same,were put forward.The temperature and velocity fields in two thermostatic chambers under the same environment were simulated by CFD,and the dynamic temperature response characteristics under heat source interference were studied.The results show the thermostat with air diffuser structure is better in temperature uniformity and anti-jamming.
