摘要 针对当前锅炉产品的关键部件壳体设计难度大、设计效率低等问题,提出了一种基于SolidWorks的参数化快速设计方法;建立了壳体产品族设计模板,并详细论述了关键零部件的几何建模方案和工程图的优化处理过程;最后,开发出了壳体产品族的快速设计平台,实现了壳体从结构设计、几何变形到生成产品数据文档的完整流程,极大地提高了产品的设计效率。 To the problems of the great difficulty and low efficiency in boiler housing product design,a fast parametric design method based on SolidWorks was put forward.The design template of boiler housing was established.Further more,the geometric modeling scheme of the key parts and the optimization design of engineering drawing were discussed in detail.Finally,a system example was developed,implementing the whole process from structure design,geometric deformation,to the generation of product data files,and the efficiency of design was greatly improved.
