摘要
采用有限元法对土压平衡盾构机的关键部件刀盘牛腿进行静力学分析,同时计算其在受力条件下的前6阶模态的固有频率、振型、相对位移的分布图。分析结果显示出受力薄弱区以及抗震薄弱区,为刀盘牛腿的静力学以及动力学优化提供必要的依据。
Finite element method is adopted in the static analysis of EPB shield bracket.Six lowest modes are obtained by the modal analysis of the bracket,which shows the frequency,mode of vibration and total deformation.Analysis result indicates the weak area of static structure and anti-vibration,provides necessary reference to the optimization of the bracket both in statics and dynamics.
