基于PLC的药条自动打孔数控钻床的研发

摘要 开发了药条自动打孔数控钻床。利用工业计算机和PLC系统构成数控系统,X和Y轴选用步进电机,Z轴选用伺服电机,每个药条均采用自行研发的自定心夹具来定位,通过梯形图程序实现每次11根药条的全自动、高效加工。 To the problems of low work efficiency and poor labor environment in the medicine machining,a CNC drilling machine for automatic punching in medicine strips is developed.The CNC system including industrial computer and PLC is set up,two stepper motors are used to control the motion in X,Y axes,and a servo motor is used to realize the motion in Zaxis.A self-positioning fixture is developed to fix the medicine strips,the ladder diagram program is designed,and the automatic and efficient punching of medicine strips is realized.
