基于Pro/E塑料顾问的电器盒上盖注射模具设计

摘要 以Pro/E塑料顾问为平台,采用模流分析技术对模具进行优化设计。重点分析了电器盒上盖的浇口位置、熔体填充、冷却质量、缩痕预测,分析的结果能够对模具在投入制造之前进行改进设计,减少了产品缺陷的产生,降低了生产成本,对今后的模具设计有一定的参考价值。 Taking Pro/E Plastic Advisor as a platform,the mold flow analysis technology is proposed for the optimum design of injection mold.Emphasis is give to analysis of the gate location,filling state,cooling quality,sink marks estimation,which are main factors influencing the quality of plastic parts.The results of the analysis is contributed to mould modification before it is put into manufacturing,to reduce the defects of products and cut down the production cost.
