摘要
为实现金属制品中卫浴产品的不规则曲面的快速有效抛光,设计了一种圆盘式自动抛光机。通过记录合格工件时所设定的参数,设定抛光布轮的转速、研磨液喷射频率以及圆盘转动的速度等实现对不规则表面的抛光,其程序的设计通过PLC编程实现,由伺服驱动器控制伺服电机来执行。抛光后成品的整体纹路能达到后续电镀工艺的要求。
In order to polish the irregular curved surface on metal bath-sanitation products efficiently,an automatic disc-type polishing machine was developed.By experiments,the suitable processing parameters were set up,and the PLC processing program was designed to control the servo motor.Finished products can meet the requirements of subsequent electroplating process.
