摘要
目的:探究广州市科技工作者的工作压力现状和主要来源。方法:采用工作压力源量表(QSI-2),通过便利抽样的方法,调查了273名广州市科技工作者。结果:广州市科技工作者工作压力总均分在3分以下(无压力或很轻)者占总人数52%,3~4分(压力较轻或一般)的为38.8%,得分在4分以上(压力很重或极重)的占9.2%;其工作压力最主要3大来源是工作负荷、工作琐事及影响晋升机会和职业发展的"上级赏识"维度,其余依次是组织氛围、人际关系、工作家庭平衡、个人责任和管理角色;其工作压力存在显著性别差异,男性高于女性(t=2.263,P〈0.05),但在年龄、婚姻状况、学历等其他人口学因素上各因素的比较均未达到显著差异。结论:广州市科技工作者工作压力感处于中等偏低水平,男性压力比女性大;沉重的工作负担、繁琐的工作事务对工作压力影响重大,上级领导的赏识因对个人职业发展有较大影响也成为主要的压力源。
Objective: To explore Guangzhou scientific and technical workers' work stress situation and the main stress source. Methods: 215 respondents selected by convenient sampling method were investigated by the Occupational Stress Indicator- 2( OSI- 2). Results: 52% respondents scored less than 3( no stress or just a little),38. 8% scored between 3 to 4( mild stress),only 9. 2% scored higher than 4( immense stress); Workload,hassles and recognition,which may influence promotion prospect were the primary stress source,next was organization climate,relationships,home / work balance,personal responsibility and managerial role; There was significant difference( P〈 0. 05) in gender,male felt more stress than female,but the difference in age,marriage,education background et al weren 't significant. Conclusion:Guangzhou scientific and technical workers' work stress level is in low level to the medium,and men' stress is greater than that of women; Heavy workload,tedious work affairs have important influences on work stress,recognition also become the main stress source because it has a great influence on personal career development.
