少数民族大学生社会支持与一般自我效能感及其关系

General Self-Efficacy and Perceived Social Support of College Students of Ethnic Minority

目的：了解新疆地区少数民族大学生社会支持与一般自我效能感的现状及关系,为促进其心理健康提供理论依据。方法：采用社会支持和一般自我效能感量表对新疆地区4所大学共1196名大学生的社会支持及一般自我效能感的状况进行调查分析。结果：1少数民族大学生家庭支持和其他支持得分女生显著高于男生（t=3.601,P=0.048〈0.05;t=3.940,P=0.042〈0.05）,社会支持和一般自我效能感在不同民族和专业得分差异显著（F=6.391,4.462,4.824,13.494;P〈0.05）;2一般自我效能感与社会支持及各因子均呈正相关（r=0.152~0.854,P〈0.01）;3社会支持及各因子对少数民族大学生的一般自我效能感具有显著的正向预测作用（Beta=0.098~0.253,t=5.428~7.313,P〈0.05）;结论：少数民族大学生的社会支持与一般自我效能感关系密切。

Objective： To study the relationship between General Self- Efficacy（ GSE） and Perceived Social Support（ PASS）,and provide basis for promoting university students＇ mental health. Methods： By using questionnaire of PASS and GSES to investigate and analyze 1196 university students in 4 different universities. Results： 1 The scores of girls were significantly higher than those of boys in perceived social support（ t = 3. 601,3. 940; P〈0. 05）; and there were significant difference in perceived social support and general self- efficacy between different nation and profession of university students（ F = 6. 391,4. 462,4. 824,13. 494; P〈0. 05）. 2 Perceived social support showed positive correlation with general self- efficacy（ r = 0. 083 ~ 0. 369,P〈0. 01）,and negative correlation with health concerns and relaxation of tension（ r = 0. 152 ~ 0. 854,P〈0. 01）. 3 Perceived social support had obvious positive prediction to general self- efficacy（ Beta = 0. 098 ~ 0. 253,t = 5. 428 ~ 7. 313,P〈0. 05）; Conclusion： General self-efficacy correlates with perceived social support closely.
