福利院青少年人格特质对人际关系的影响

The Effect Personality Traits of Welfare House Teenagers on Their Social Relationships

目的:探讨福利院青少年人格特质与人际关系的现状和前者对后者的影响。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷与人际关系综合诊断量表对广州市社会福利院73名学生和65名对照组进行调查,并辅以访谈法。结果:福利院青少年和对照组相比,1人格特质:内外倾(12.34±5.04 vs 12.43±5.13;t=0.09)与精神质(10.50±6.57 vs12.46±6.24;t=-1.9)无显著差异(P均>0.05),情绪性(8.58±5.02 vs 11.43±5.23;t=-3.25)存在显著差异(P<0.001);2人际关系:异性交往(2.28±1.87 vs 1.63±1.71;t=2.01)存在显著差异(P<0.05),而交谈(2.74±1.74 vs 2.38±1.59;t=1.24)、交际(3.23±1.88 vs 2.8±1.69;t=1.28)、待人接物(2.08±1.68 vs 1.77±1.41;t=1.25)及总分(10.31±5.82 vs 8.58±4.29;t=1.88)不存在显著差异(P均>0.05);3人格特质对人际的影响:情绪性与人际关系的交谈(t=0.511,P<0.001)、交际(t=0.549,P<0.001)、待人接物(t=0.290,P<0.05)、异性交往(t=0.402,P<0.001)及总分(t=0.518,P<0.001)都相关显著,情绪性对人际关系总分的回归方程贡献率达31.2%。结论:福利院青少年人格特质对其人际关系具有一定预测作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of welfare house teenagers＇ personality traits on their social relationships. Methods： A total of 73 teenagers in Guangzhou social welfare house and a control group（ 65 teenages） were measured with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（ EPQ） and Personal Relationships Comprehensive Diagnosis Scale. Results： 1 The scores of ＂ neuroticism＂（ 8. 58 ± 5. 02vs11. 43 ± 5. 23） were significantly lower compared with the controls（ t =-3. 25,P〈 0. 001）,however,the scores of ＂ extraversion＂（ 12. 34 ± 5. 04vs12. 43 ± 5. 13） and ＂ psychoticism＂（ 10. 50 ± 6. 57 vs 12. 46 ± 6. 24） were not significantly different. 2 The score of ＂ heterosexual communication＂ were significantly higher compared with the controls（ t = 2. 01,P〈 0. 05）,but the scores of other dimensions were no significantly different（ P〉 0. 05）. 3 The teenagers with higher neuroticism scores were more likely to suffer from social relationships problems. The contribution rate of neuroticism reached 31. 2%. Conclusion： Personality traits have a predictive effect on social relationships of the teenagers in welfare house.
