摘要
在气相Novolen聚丙烯装置上进行了BCND-Ⅱ催化剂的工业应用试验,采用SEM、GPC、粒径分布等手段表征了BCND-Ⅱ催化剂的组成和形貌;考察了聚合反应动力学、装置运行状况、催化活性以及制得的聚丙烯产品的性能等,并与进口催化剂(BASF公司)进行了对比。表征结果显示,BCND-Ⅱ催化剂与进口催化剂的组成相近,粒径分布相似,均呈类球型结构且分散均匀。小试结果表明,两种催化剂的聚合反应动力学曲线的趋势和变化规律基本相同。工业试验结果表明,BCND-Ⅱ催化剂与进口催化剂生产过程中的工艺条件基本一致,催化活性与进口催化剂基本相当,能满足装置生产要求。两种催化剂生产的均聚聚丙烯1102K产品的性能基本相近,各项指标均达到1102K优等品指标。
The BCND-Ⅱ catalyst was industrially applied in a Novolen gas-phase polypropylene unit and characterized by means of SEM,GPC etc.. The kinetics and catalytic activity of the catalyst,running state of the unit and properties of prepared polypropylene were studied and compared with those with an imported catalyst. The results indicated that the two catalysts,with similar spherical and homodisperse structure, had similar composition and narrow particle size distribution. Lab experiments showed that the polymerization kinetics with the two catalysts was the same basically. The industrial application indicated that the process parameters for the two catalysts were the same mainly. The properties of the homo-polypropylene products(1102K) prepared with the BCND-Ⅱ and imported catalysts were similar,which could meet the requirements of the high-class product.
