摘要 研究了运用ABAQUS/Explicit分析车用空气弹簧的弹性特性。首先介绍了在软件中橡胶、帘布层、封闭气体和非线性接触的模拟方法,然后建立了空气弹簧的有限元模型、设置了边界条件,并对气囊本体进行了模态分析,以确定分析步时间。第1步模拟了空气弹簧的充气过程,通过与数据对比验证了模型的准确性;第2步分析了空气弹簧的弹性特性,结果与实际情况相符。 A study has been made of finite element analysis on the stiffness characteristics of air spring with ABAQUS / Explicit.Firstly, an introduction to the simulation of rubber membrane, cord layers and hydrostatic fluid is given. Then the finite element model of air spring is established and the boundary conditions are properly set. To determine the time step, modal analysis of the rubber bellows is carried out. Then the aerated process of air spring is simulated in step one. The results show that the finite element method is feasible. The analysis on the stiffness characteristics of air spring is carried out in step two. The experimental data and the present analysis results for the stiffness agree well.
