曲轴是发动机的核心部件,是动力输出的关键零件,在整个发动机中曲轴、活塞、连杆等部件组合成能量转化的载体。通过对曲轴结构分析、分型面的确定、浇注系统的选择、模板设计等研究,防止曲轴造型缺陷,实现了在自动化造型线上的智能化生产,大大提高了曲轴质量的稳定性。
Crankshaft is the core part of the engine and the key part of power output. In an engine, the crankshaft, piston,link and other connecting components are assembled into the carrier of energy conversion. Through such research as analyzing the crankshaft structure, determination of parting surface, selection of gating system and template design, the choice of system realizes intelligent production in automatic molding line, greatly improving the stability of crankshaft quality.
