摘要
聚合物堵塞是注聚井及后续水驱井油层伤害的重要因素之一。老化聚合物携裹泥沙、腐蚀产物、油污等组成复杂的堵塞物体系。传统使用二氧化氯、双氧水等解聚剂在储运、施工过程中危险性大,不适合油田生产。研制了系列氧化-还原体系解聚剂。室内评价了解聚剂对聚合物母液、交联聚合物、老化聚合物的解聚性能,结果表明,新型解聚剂对聚合物母液、交联聚合物的解除率在10 h内可达100%,对老化聚合物的解除率在24 h内可达90%以上,明显优于现有的解聚体系。现场应用了15井次,取得了良好的施工效果。
The blockage of polyacrylamide(PAM) polymer has been proved to be the most important cause for formation damage in polymer waterflooding well.The aged PAM has more intensity and agglomerate with sedimentary particle,oil,corrosion product to form complex blockage in formation. Stimulation system with chlorine dioxide or hydrogen peroxide solution has been proved danger in both transportation and treatment.A novel oxidation/reduction system has been design and can effectively disaggregate both PAM polymer solution,PAM agglomeration and metal cross-linking polymer in 10 h and 90 % aged PAM in 24 h. The depolymerizing agent has been applied in 15 wells in Shengli oilfiled.
