新型JDV降粘剂的研究与应用

Study and application of the new JDV viscosity reducer

稠油由于粘度高,流动阻力大,给生产造成很大困难。本文通过室内实验,分别用降粘剂JDV-2、JDV-3对4口油井进行降粘实验,结果表明,在相同条件下,降粘剂JDV-3的降粘率高于JDV-2的降粘率,即降粘剂JDV-3效果好。通过现场试验,降粘剂JDV-3满足了含水在10%~70%的稠油井使用,在实际生产中能够很好的降低原油的粘度和油井生产最大载荷,满足生产的需要,取得较好的经济效益。

Heavy crude with high viscosity and large flow resistance blocks the production greatly. Through indoor experiment,viscosity reducer JDV-2,JDV-3 are used to reduce viscosity in 4 wells.It shows that viscosity reducer JDV-3has a better effect than JDV-2 under the same condition. In field test,viscosity reducer JDV-3 can be use in heavy crude wells with water content in 10 %-70 %,reduce the viscosity of crude oil greatly,decrease maximum load in practical production and meet the production demand in order to have better economic effect.
