摘要
通过对某丙烯酸水场循环水泵运行状态的调查,找到了循环水泵效率不高是由于泵电机选型偏小,操作不稳是由于电机定子温度高风机冷却量不足,采取叶轮切割和电机增加冷却风机等改造措施后,优化了泵运行条件,在此基础上通过调查水场用户循环水用量和扬程,论证了停开一台水泵工艺的可行性,叙述了实施后的节能、操作和工艺方面的效果。
Based on an circulating water field investigation of circulating water pump running state,find the pump efficiency is not high is due to pump motor selection,small operating instability is due to the stator of high temperature fan cooled motor capacity insufficiency,take the cutting impeller and motor to increase cooling fan modification measures,pump running condition on the basis of optimization,through the investigation of water field user circulating water dosage and lift,proves the feasibility of stop a pump technology,describes the energy saving,operation and process after the implementation of the effect.
