摘要
桑叶产量高,营养价值丰富,含有的多种天然活性物质能改善动物生长性能,提高机体免疫力。开发利用桑叶可以拓宽饲料来源,改善我国饲料资源短缺及分布不合理等矛盾。本文对桑叶的营养价值、饲用价值及其在畜牧业生产中的加工和应用进行了综述,以期为我国肉牛饲养提供一些借鉴。
Mulberry leaf＇s yield was high,and its nutrition was rich.Mulberry leaf included a variety of natural active substance,so that they could be used as feeds to improve animal growth performance and organism immunity.Developing and using mulberry leaf could broaden the source of feed,improve the situation of feed resources shortage and unreasonable distribution in our country,etc.Based on the nutritive value,forage value,processing and utilization of the mulberry leaves in livestock production,this article made a review,which would provide some reference for beef cattle feeding in our country.
