48例乳腺癌患者对护理行为关怀性评价的调查

Survey of the Assessment of Caring Behavior from Breast Cancer Patients

目的调查乳腺癌患者对护理行为关怀性的评价,为护士对乳腺癌患者实施人文关怀提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,使用护理关怀行为评价问卷(Caring Behavior Assessment,CBA)对广州市某三级甲等医院48例确诊为乳腺癌在接受手术治疗或化疗的患者进行调查。结果在7个维度护理行为中,乳腺癌患者认为"健康教育"最具有关怀性,"存在主义"最缺乏关怀性。来自城镇的患者在"人道主义"(U=176.500,P<0.05)、"帮助与信任"(U=179.500,P<0.05)、"健康教育"(U=145.00,P<0.05)和"支持、保护、矫正环境"(U=163.000,P<0.05)这4个维度的得分均高于来自农村的患者。结论护理人员应针对乳腺癌疾病与治疗护理的特殊性,多给予患者健康宣教和康复指导,帮助、重视和尊重患者,给患者以最大程度的关怀。

Objective To investigate the assessment of caring behavior from patients with breast cancer, to analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for nurses to implement humane care for breast cancer patients. Methods With convenience sampling method, 48 confirmed breast cancer patients undergoing surgery or chemotherapy was investigated with Caring Behavior Assessment（CBA）Scale. Results In terms of empathy, health education topped the seven dimensions of nursing behavior while existentialism was in the bottom of the list. Patients from urban areas scored highly in humanitarianism（ U =176.500, P〈0.05）, help and trust（U =179.500, P〈0.05）, health education（U =145.00, P〈0.05） and support, protection and correction（U =163.000, P〈0.05）when compared with those from rural areas. Conclusion More health education and rehabilitation guidance should be provided to patients with breast cancer. Assistance, attention and respect contribute to conveying the greatest caring to them.
